1. Seller Information

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of digital products made through the website operated by:

2. Scope of Application 

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases of digital guides offered through the Maria Ulashchenko Architecture website. By purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Nature of the Product

All products sold on this website are digital downloads. No physical goods will be shipped.

After successful payment, the customer receives:

  • Immediate access to download the product via the website

  • A confirmation email containing download information

The customer is responsible for downloading and securely storing the file. Access to the download link may be time limited or technically restricted. The seller is not obligated to provide permanent access to the download link.

 

4. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content Waiver)

In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the download or performance has begun.

By completing the purchase, the customer expressly agrees:

  • That the digital content will be made available immediately after payment

  • That the right of withdrawal is waived once the download begins

Therefore, no refunds are granted after access to the digital product has been provided.

 

5. Usage Rights and Intellectual Property

All guides and materials are protected by copyright law.

Upon purchase, the customer receives a non exclusive, non transferable license for personal use only.

The following is strictly prohibited:

  • Redistribution or sharing of the files

  • Resale or sublicensing

  • Uploading to public platforms

  • Commercial use without written permission

  • Modification and repackaging for resale

Violation may result in legal action.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

The guides are provided for educational purposes only.

No guarantee is made regarding:

  • Admission to academic institutions

  • Employment opportunities

  • Specific professional outcomes

The seller is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions made based on the content of the guide.

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Technical Requirements

The customer is responsible for ensuring that their device and software are capable of opening standard PDF files.

The seller is not liable for incompatibility issues related to the customer’s device or software.

8. Payment

All prices are listed in Euro unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed before access to the digital product is granted.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

If the customer is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction shall be Germany.
